If a private vocational institution's registration is cancelled or it stops offering a program while a student is enrolled, or expels a student without cause, it must refund all money received for that student's enrollment.
Anyone offering training before registering as a private vocational institution must refund all fees received from students.
Each hour or assignment is of equal value. Attendance is assumed until the day before enrollment ends.
